Our Origin Story

We’re two psychologists, partners in life and in practice, who met in college and shared a dream of creating a space where compassionate, evidence-based care could truly thrive. What began as a shared passion for understanding people has grown into a collaborative practice rooted in connection, client-centered care, and meaningful change.

Outside of our work with Empower CBT, we enjoy time with family, playing pickleball with friends, and hanging out with our dog, Xavi! Additionally, Dr. Ryan is an avid sports fan and video gamer while Dr. Celenia enjoys fashion, art, and competition T.V. shows.
