Who We Serve
Our mission is to extend the power of CBT beyond the confines of our therapy appointments. We've seen (and graciously been told) that our approach to strengths-based, culturally responsive CBT can be enriching to clinicians, enlightening for educators and students, and inspiring for the community.

We offer Case Consultation, Webinars, CEs, and more to clinicians of all levels to boost their ability to offer culturally responsive CBT.
For Schools
We offer trainings for educators, caregivers, and students (all ages) on strategies for boosting mental health using effective CBT strategies.
